    The partner receives the context about your home before the first visit — fiber inventory, sensitive surfaces, access protocol, schedule constraints. They arrive prepared, not introduced.

    Coordinate.

    You contact us; we coordinate the partner. Recurring schedules build themselves into a rhythm. Specialty service and event-prep visits route through the same channel.

  4. 04

    Stand behind.

    If a visit falls below standard, you call us, not the partner. We make it right with the partner and, when warranted, end the partnership. The standard is enforced, not aspirational.

Where a partner falls below the standard, the partnership ends. The list of partners is short by design.

A note on discretion

Discretion is built into the standard.

Every partner signs a code of conduct — discreet phone use on site, unmarked vehicles where the partner can accommodate it. We do not name clients. We do not solicit testimonials with addresses attached. We do not post recognizable interior shots of the homes we coordinate. A partner may use before-and-after photos of their work for their own marketing, provided nothing in them identifies the client, the home, or its location — and a client can opt out entirely. Privacy is treated as part of the job, not a feature.

You pay the partner for the work. Clean Freaks Co is not invoiced for the service. We earn our position by curating partners you would not have found, briefing them on your home, and standing in the relationship if something falls short. The alternative is vetting strangers yourself — and starting over each time one moves on.

What if I already have a cleaner I like?

Keep them. We may be useful when your current arrangement changes — a move, a renovation, a host event, a relocation to a second home. The curated phone number does not have to be the first call. It can be the call you make when the first one no longer answers.

How are partners actually vetted?

Two-reference minimum, both contacted by us. Insurance at two million general liability or above. Background checks on every crew member, re-run on cadence. A signed code of conduct that governs phone use, conversation, photography, and vehicle marking on site. Partners who fall below the standard lose the partnership.
