Accessibility statement.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive conditions.

• Color contrast. Text and interactive elements meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for AA conformance.
• Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields, and accordion controls — are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Descriptive alternative text. Images that convey meaning carry descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked so assistive technology can skip them.
• Semantic structure. Headings follow a logical hierarchy, landmarks identify page regions, and form fields carry programmatic labels.
• Reduced motion. Visitors who set a reduced-motion preference in their operating system are served the site without non-essential animation.
• A skip link lets keyboard and screen-reader users move past the navigation directly to the main content.
